RETURNS POLICY
Caffeine Army® may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from the website (https://www.caffeinearmy.com) only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

The policy covers the purchase of Caffeine Army® products made by first-time customers of Caffeine Army.

The merchandise must be received by Caffeine Army® within 30 days of your purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period.

You must provide your Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.

Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging

Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if they were purchased through caffeinearmy.com and the product is sealed.
If you need to make a return, please contact us during normal business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm EST) through support@caffeinearmy.com before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.
All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for completion of this process.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasions, merchandise can be damaged in transit.
If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately, and a representative will assist you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (RETURN, DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ORDERS)
Caffeine Army® offers international delivery to the following regions: Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates. All international purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
International orders are not eligible for return, regardless of the reason. Due to logistical constraints and international shipping regulations, Caffeine Army® does not accept returns for any orders delivered outside the United States.
2. Damaged Orders
If the MEMBERS or customer receives a product that is damaged upon arrival, they must notify Caffeine Army® within 30 (thirty) days from the confirmed delivery date.
After review and approval, Caffeine Army® will offer the customer the option to choose between:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement order, shipped at no additional cost.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery will not qualify for replacement or refund.
The condition of replacing the product, regardless of the reason, will be available just for United States orders. If international orders have any issues, that need a replacement, the customer will receive the full refund instead.
3. Lost Orders
Caffeine Army® is not responsible for international orders that are lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Customers are fully responsible for verifying their shipping details before completing the order.
If the carrier confirms that the loss occurred for reasons unrelated to customer-provided information, Caffeine Army® will investigate the case and may, at its sole discretion, authorise a replacement or refund.
4. Stolen Orders
Caffeine Army® does not assume responsibility for orders that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are subsequently reported as stolen or missing.
Once the package is confirmed delivered to the address provided by the customer, liability for theft or non-retrieval rests solely with the customer.
Customers who experience theft may contact the carrier or local authorities to file an official report. Caffeine Army® may assist with documentation when necessary, but is not obligated to replace or refund stolen orders.
